Another update on my Beetle!!

I spent the weekend working on the Beetle again and made more progress. I think this coming weekend I'll be able to start the engine again. Thanks to my family for being patient and to my special little mecanic-helper (my daughter Maddie!).
is the red hose an oil breather?
where does it go ?
Yes, the red hose goes to the custom oil breather tank that is hidden behind the fan shroud. I'll change the hose one day to a black one so it looks better, but for now I just want to get the car ready so I can (finally) drive it again!!
